Youth Art Contest & Showcase

To celebrate the Colorado Black Arts Festival, we are hosting a Youth Arts Contest! Judging will take place at Scoops Ice Cream on July 13, 2019 at 10AM.
The Black Arts Festival Parade will also pass by Scoops at this time, so plan to stay and enjoy a free ice cream for contest participants from 11AM – 12PM.
