Jo Untiedt
Jo is a 35-year resident and was one of the original Board Members of the Uptown Development Corporation in the late 1980s. She has worked for 36 years in the affordable housing finance arena, in both finance and real estate development.
Vice President
Cly’ta Berg
Cly’ta has lived in City Park West since June 2021. Before that, she lived in Washington Park West, Hale, and Jefferson Park (LoHi). After 24 years in Cosmetology (in the Aveda Network), Cly’ta switched to the world of Property Management. She finds it very rewarding to work with the public and create positive effects. Cly’ta has always had a sense of community, and gives back by volunteering for causes close to her heart (she was the 2017 Board Chair of the Utah Domestic Violence Coalition). Cly’ta is happiest when she’s outdoors. She lives to discover the wonders that surround us – camping and hiking.
