Denver awards $4.9 million for housing and neighborhood projects
Federal community development funds to support 44 projects
supporting low- and moderate-income households
DENVER, CO — Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2016 — The Denver Office of Economic Development (OED) has issued award letters to 33 organizations slated to collectively receive $4.9 million in federal grant funding in 2016.
OED reviewed proposals from organizations that responded to a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for housing and neighborhood projects. The organizations awarded funding include the following:
